How to Book
Reservations
Please read the following terms carefully.
All Trips are family-friendly. No smoking allowed on
the bus (Federal Law)
Please do not drink alcohol on the bus. Responsible
consumption at baseball games and in your hotel room, no problem.
What about rainouts? Since we can’t predict in
advance whether a game will be played, (and all Major League Teams do not
have the same refund policy) refunds will only be given if a game is
entirely rained out and rescheduled for another date, and if the ball team
grants a refund for the missed game. In those cases, the ticket cost is the
only part of the trip which would be refunded. Transportation and lodging
costs will not be refunded. Games are rarely delayed or cancelled in
advance, so once the trip begins we’re committed to go. The percentage of
games actually cancelled by weather is actually quite low. The group will
stay through the conclusion of delayed or interrupted games, provided the
delay doesn’t cause an interruption to the next scheduled game on the trip.
If you decide not to go on a particular trip because you think it
might rain, there will be no refund.
Deposits to hold seats on the trips on multi-day trips
will be 75 dollars per person and are nonrefundable. Seats are limited and
held with deposit only and are first-come, first-served. Seats on one-day
trips to Braves Games in Atlanta do not require deposits, but must be paid
in full no earlier than 90 days before the scheduled trip. These payments
are also nonrefundable.
Deposits will only be refunded if a particular trip is
cancelled. You would have the option of applying your deposit to one of the
other trips. Each trip will be referred to by number. Please refer to the
trip number in all payments. Please refer to our websites for updated

We can offer reduced rates on Tour Packages for folks
wanting to make their own Travel Arrangements by air, joining the group in
one of the destination cities. Travelers using this option would be
responsible for additional expenses. Please call or email Bill to make
these arrangements. Please refer to each trip by number.
Payment
Instructions for deposits and balances:
Deposits must be paid by cash or check and are
nonrefundable. Balances can be paid with Credit Cards, call to make
arrangements for this method…do not send credit card information via
email. Credit Cards may also be used for one-day trips to Atlanta, but
full amount must be paid. Refunds on deposits are only given if a trip is
cancelled. Funds allocated for payment of hotel rooms and other expenses
will not be refunded. Cancellations within 30 days of each trip will not
be refunded.
