Deposits must be paid by cash or check and are nonrefundable. Balances can be paid with Credit Cards, call to make arrangements for this method, do not send credit card information via email. Credit Cards may also be used for one-day trips to Atlanta, but full amount must be paid. Refunds on deposits are only given if a trip is cancelled. Funds allocated for payment of hotel rooms and other expenses will not be refunded. Cancellations within 30 days of each trip will not be refunded.
